Okay this fanfiction I read quite awhile ago and it might be pretty old. It was Sam/Dean I believe, it had a wincest vibe to it. Dean thought he knew everything about Sam, and Sam knew nothing about Dean. At one point in the story Sam names off everything he knows about Dean, and Dean sits back and listens to him. Later Dean says something about getting Sam a cat now, cause he couldn't when they were younger. Dean then finds out Sam is allegric to cats, which Dean didn't know. Sam makes a remark about still having some mystery left. Dean goes to get breakfest, and he sees a plush crane machine, he then trys to get out the cat inside. He gets out about four toys and he gives the rest of the stuffed animals away to some little kids. Dean gives the cat to Sam.ETA. Found Link In Comments
