Sam and Dean Wincest fic  
Well there is this fic I read about a month ago that I have been struggling to remember the title of for about a week now and it's driving me insane.

**HAS BEEN FOUND :D

In the fic Sam and Dean get placed in some kind of basement by some mystery person in which they can't get out of and bang on the pipes as an SOS. The fic was wincest and through out the second chapter Dean tells Sam stories to turn him on so he won't have to think about his empty stomach. I know my summary is crap but I'm in a big hurry and can't think of a better one at the moment. Hopefully someone can find this fic for me. D:
