The first one is rather short. Jeff wakes up after a night of drinking (?) with the boys, and is in John's mindset. He's wondering what the heck is going on, why are they all in this house, and why are his sons all over each other. He's rather embarrassed when he remembers that what's really going on.

The second on is longer and rather dark. I don't remember who visits the SPN world, but they're confronted with how dark Sam and Dean's lives really are. They're surprised by how thin Sam/Dean is when they see them in person, and they think about how hard it is to have to live off stolen credit cards and hustling. Before being sent back, they give all the money they have in their wallet to Sam/Dean. I think it might have been Jenson replacing Dean, and talking to Sam, but it could be the other way around.
