I'm looking for a J2 fic where the guys are trying to adopt Sam. The case / social worker didn't tell them that Sam has a brother. But they find out when they're at a second meeting with Sam and both Sam and Dean ends up going back with J2 for a "trial" basis. Jensen is a physiotherapist in this fic.
