The BEST is definately the 5 Districts 5 Drugs Verse. AMAZING stories!! I seriously can recommend them all. 5D5D Verse (http://rei-c.livejournal.com/tag/5d5d) by rei_c. My fav of this series is Knowledge of Dead Secrets which deals with Voodoo/Hoodoo. But all of the stories are amazing. These are all also Wincest if I remember correctly. These are all Stanford AU's and Sam is the user. They all start exactly the same and change from there.

The Dark of the Alley, The Break of the Day (http://credulesque.livejournal.com/80889.html) by credulesque deals with post Dean's deal and Sam is again the user.

Watching (http://elzano.livejournal.com/50900.html) by elzano is again a sam drug story.

The only Dean one I have bookmarked is incredibly angsty and also HIGHLY recommended is A Good Man is Hard to Find (http://community.livejournal.com/spn_gen/144167.html) by kimonkey7 This is Gen.
