I'm looking for a Sam/Dean fic set post-S4, where the boys were looking into a case where couples were killing each other after seeing a therapist. Sam and Dean had a session with the therapist, pretending to be a couple and they ended up talking about their issues (leaving about the part about the apocalypse and other supernatural stuff, obviously!). I think they kind of made it sound like Sam had cheated on Dean with Ruby, but I could be wrong. I do remember the therapist made them kiss at the end of the session, which led to some very hot first-time wincest. ;)
