So, I've got a few specific fics I'm looking for, and they're all pretty well-known, so I'm confident you'll be able to hook me up. Here we go!
1. Dean/Cas, obviously, though I'm not exactly sure if it was romance or just friendship. It's a remix of "Mystery Spot", only rather than Sam being trapped in the Trickster's world, it's Cas and Dean. They're faced with disaster after impossible to defeat disaster, some of which include a hoard of Croatoan zombies and a tornado. It's wonderfully angsty, as the boys are basically forced to watch each other die in these impossible situations over and over again. Hopefully y'all can find it!
2. Secondly, I'm looking for a fic that takes place after Cas sacrifices himself to hold the archangels at bay. He dies, obviously, and is brought back to the boys by Anna as a "newborn angel", which, apparently, is a baby tree. Tree-Cas is semi-sentient, flinches and withers when Dean curses, and curls his little leaflets around his fingers when he's happy. Anyway, it's a super-cute fluff fic, and I KNOW at least a few of you have to have read it.
3. Ok, so I've asked for this fic before on here, but I just CAN'T remember where it is, so please don't kill me with a stick. It's the one where Cas, after raising Dean from hell, takes refuge within a valley centered around an apple tree, where he spends a few years restoring Dean's damaged soul and remaking his body out of the surrounding nature. Wheat for hair, peaches for skin, etc. It's an amazing fic, sweet to the extreme without being sappy, and I'm almost positive it ends in a romantic relationship between them.
4. Lastly, and this is just a little bonus thing for me, so no pressure; I would love any Angel!Dean recs that you may have, especially if it's Dean/Cas. Not too-too angsty, though I'm not at all opposed to a little angst thrown in for flavor. :)
Thanks so much you guys, I really hope you can help me out!
