I recently read a story and forgot to save in memories (because I'm an idiot). Anyway, it was J2 AU, established relationship and meandered through a series of flashbacks that jumped through time. Story was really well done and is haunting me to reread. It featured Jared and Jensen married and starts when they visit Jensen's parents. His mother is very hard and having trouble dealing with his being a homosexual. The story climaxes with something horrible happening to Jared and Jensen helping his husband through it.
