They're not really 'raising' children, but they have children in the fic.

My favourite kidfic is Keeping Faith (http://zoemathemata.livejournal.com/11052.html).

It's brilliant. I'm not usually a big fan of kid fics but this... is just one of the loveliest Dean/Cas fics out there, IMHO.
