I forget precisely who cursed Dean, and why. It's a Dean POV fic, where:

• Dean is unbearably aroused, and cannot be satisfied
• I think he's told that the only person who can make the whole painful thing go away is Sam, because Dean loves him <i>that way</i>
• Dean tries to hide it from Sam
• Sam figures out part of it and then brings Dean a prostitute, and later takes him to Bela
• I don't know if Dean finally confessed or Sam figured it out, but Sam takes Dean to a nice place and they do they lovely nasty
• Dean feels guilty
• Sam goes, Dude, I love you
• Everyone lives happily ever after

The worst thing is, this is in my delicious, but not tagged by theme, so I <i>cannot find it</i>! It is beyond embarrassing to be hunting up and down for a fic you've already saved. Please save me, I obviously cannot be trusted to know where things are without supervision.
