Dean is being sexually attacked on a nightly basis by some sort of incorporeal entities, and for the longest time they can't figure out what's doing it or why. The tragic part is that Dean forces himself to adapt to the situation, even as Sam is going beserk trying to find a way to stop it. I always enjoy a pissed off and angry Sam, and he is scary as hell here.
