This is probably from a few years ago. And given that all I have is the vague memory of one line, this may be a challenge.

All I remember is that there is a scene when Dean is thinking of getting in the shower with Sam (I think), and Sam reacts, in Dean's POV, as though Dean had suggested some unnatural act  "involving gerbils or Bobby or something" (I'm paraphrasing, I don't remember the exact line).

Given what I remember, it was probably light, schmoopy wincest, either first time or near the beginning of the relationship.
