maybe someone could help me one more time? ;)

I'm searching a particular fic. It is a bit fuzzy, but I quite remember It was like post-apocalypse, ten years after season 5. Sam is Lucifer (or at least King of Hell) and he found Ben (Dean's presumed son from season 3) who had become a hunter or something, and lived in an isolated house in the middle of no-where. 
I Think (but I'm not positively sure) there were hints of past Dean/Sam, but it's sure Sam/Ben.
