I recently read this story and now cannot find it. Please help!

The story is a space AU with Jensen as the captain of a ship with regular delivery runs. He was a soldier with major body modifications and I think Jeff Morgan was onboard and also fought in the same war. Most of his crew is made up of individuals that few others hire on but he doesn't mind working within the parameters of their culture. Jensen and his crew find a small drifting ship that they salvage and happens to have a blank (databot?) and the pleasure slave Jared onboard. Jensen shoots the blank and brings Jared onboard. There is a power display where Jared is dressed up in a humiliating outfit and paraded in front of one of the powerful men in the system to show Jensen's power over the slave and hope to keep him. However, Jensen does this to protect Jared despite the relationship developing between them.
