I read a fic way back that, if I recall, was based on the film "The Proposal," or it happened to share the same plot. Jared was the playboy bossman, and in order to improve his image to his shareholders/the general public, he asks Jensen (who's put up with Jared's antics for a long time), his assistant, to marry him.
