Okay, I -think- the fic revolved around Sam not eating, because of a curse that they got laid on them. Like, he was physically unable to keep food down. Dean ate, and somehow-or-other, it wound up feeding Sam. And when Dean winds up in the hospital unconscious, it really messes up Sam, because of the whole curse thing.

I clearly remember Dean waking up and the nurses getting upset because he was demanding food, and Sam winds up slumping into the chair beside him in the cafeteria.It was a good read, but I can't remember it.
