For 4), I have a few.
Beasts and Outlaws (http://calamitycrow.livejournal.com/8282.html): Back in 2001, two brothers made their choices. Now Dean's in a relationship and Sam's a respected hunter who has his father's love and approval. Of course, nothing's that easy when you are a Winchester.
In this AU, the boys have what they want. Dean has a partner to hunt with, Sam and John get along. Life should be good for the boys, right? Yeah, well......

I can't believe I fell for Dean/OMC. But all the original characters here are so damn likable and interesting and the whole thing is just so wonderfully strange and different and GOOD. Screwed-up timeline has you paying attention and hooked into it like crazy.

Redemption (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4899448/1/Redemption) (I didn't know how A your Us should be, so I put it up here): Sam took a step back as he turned. The look on his face wasn’t one of mourning; it was pure determination sheathed in desperation. “Dean’s in Hell, Bobby,” he said. “I’m going to get him back.” End of Season 3 AU;

Relative Gold (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5759954/1/Relative_Gold): . Dean's life goes in a whole other direction when Sam supposedly dies at age four. But while on the Shooting Team in the 2004 Olympics, Dean meets a tall, shaggy-haired swimmer. Can the yellow-eyed demon be far behind?
Wonderful AU wth a much more positive outcome of the life Dean and Sam lived - even though it still sucks.

Hunters of the Dark Side (http://paleogymnast.livejournal.com/18329.html): An alternate retelling of Supernatural set in the Star Wars universe or "What if Sam and Dean were Jedi?" Not a crossover as no characters from the Star Wars!verse are used.
This is GREAT! A truly compelling fiction with twists and turns and fun and tension. It has a sequel, which is Dean/Castiel (not an angel-Cas)

Apophenia Lux (http://apophenia-lux.livejournal.com/): When Sam's girlfriend Jessica goes missing, he decides to leave school and enlist the aid of his brother he hasn't seen in four years. Largely an excuse to stick the boys on Mars, and give Dean an airship.
This is such an amazing piece of work, written with so much creativity and fun and ... and... heck, go read it! STEAM-PUNK Winchesters, yay!

The first Christmas together (http://calamitycrow.livejournal.com/3190.html#cutid1): Dean gets custody of a kid he didn't know he had

I don't like "kid-fics", as in Dean(orSam) has a kid. but this is great. It's short, no sugar-poisoning. Dean is still Dean, just switched his priorities around some. Sam is living in Oregon, btw. Two chapters. You can make it!

My life's come off its tracks (http://mimblexwimble.livejournal.com/90668.html): Dean tells her, things are going fine, yeah he got into a fight and no, he doesn’t want to talk about it. He’s getting better and better at this sign language thing. He looks at her brightly. Big smile.

Amazing piece of work with a mute Dean and a Sam who really shines. This is... just perfect. Go, read!

This one isn't that much AU, since it basically follows the timeline, but it's still not canon all the way, so maybe? And anyway, if you haven't read it, GO!
Broken Images (http://www.supernaturalville.net/viewstory.php?sid=1122&textsize=0&chapter=1): They brought in a wild animal as a patient, frightened and scared, wild hair and splintered soul. She lost the ability to be distant over time - and tried everything, to put this broken man back together

Oh, a very long and twisty one is Dog eat Dog (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3417933/1/Dog_Eat_Dog): After a hunt gone south, Dean Winchester discovers that he is the human half of the Trickster God Coyote.
