and if you scroll down the list on the right there's another tag for 'waking up married'

You might find the other stuff you are looking for as well - i.e. there are a few 'first time...' tags, and I believe that all the fics have a rating (R, NC-17) and several identify themselves as AU.

I just read reanimated and it was incredibly lovely!! The twist at Jared's trial towards the end had me on edge!! Jensen was an awesome badass with a heart of gold!! The two secret agent fics carekogunyel recced are wonderful and have the portrayal of badass Jen you are looking for. I think the deliciously creative Cupid 97 (This ain't your Hallmark Cupid) (http://aeroport-art.livejournal.com/33788.html) by aeroport_art may fit the bill as well.

As for arranged couples I think the fics modeled after the movie The Proposal like this one (http://elless18.livejournal.com/38316.html) make for an entertaining reading :D
