Beautifully written. The angels are battling Lilith, and Uriel and Castiel are watching the Winchesters. Castiel comes to believe there is hope for Sam. The angels are never less than "Other." In the sequel, Sam and Dean are drifting apart, as Dean is caught more and more in his memories of hell. He's drinking, while Sam hunts alone. Castiel makes the choice to fall from heaven, so he can be with Sam. Sam is still being sought by Lilith, who wants the power Azazel left in his blood. The story is just as much about Dean and Sam rebuilding their brotherly bond as it is about Sam and Castiel. Wonderful.

Oooh! Those look awesome! And I will admit that Sam/Castiel was never something I actually considered, so thank you for nudging me towards a new pairing! Lol. In fact, all of those look brilliant and shall hopefully keep me occupied for a wee while!

Unfortunately, I haven't avoided the hospital, and so I am now sitting here, glaring at my mother, whilst she and my doc make arrangements over when I shall be taken in. *pouts* Still, this shall keep me quiet in there! So thank you! And hopefully I won't be in there for long!
