Castiel and Dean, Castiel and Balthazar  
Hi, i've added a subject line and tags, hope i've done it right this time. I am a huge Supernatural fan and have been for the last year and a half. I can't believe I didn't find this community before, it's wonderful because i've been trying to find stories more friendship centered and haven't been very successful lately.

If anyone could recommend some good stories with Dean and Castiel and Castiel and Balthazar, I'd be really grateful. Stories that are more emotional and about friendship because so far all the stories i've seen have been more towards a physical relationship and I really want to read something a little more moving and serious.

 I thought I might get a reply after only a few days, thank you for replying so quickly.

Have you tried looking under the "gen" tag on [livejournal.com profile] deancastiel? I know [livejournal.com profile] rec_hymenated has a "gen/friendship" tag so maybe look under there as well?

Oh, I liked this one. Very nice look at young Castiel and Balthazar. Can't wait to read the next part, the relationship between Castiel and his brothers and sisters has always interested me and how different they all are. I mean look at Uriel and Anna, completely different characters but both very close to Castiel.

You know, I wonder if those two got along with and were as close to Balthazar as Castiel and how Balthazar reacted to Anna's fall? It would be nice if the show actually addressed their relationships as well.

Sorry, this was only supposed to be a comment but I got a little carried away. Thanks for the recommendation.

Awww...That was so cute! I can't get the image of a minature Castiel in his trench coat going round and round trying to catch a kitten on his wings.

Can't wait to see how he gets the rest of them.
