I'm talking about stories where Mary or John are/were an angel or possessed by an angel, and Sam and Dean are Nephilim. They might have powers, or wings, or just be vessels because they are the sons of an angel.

The story could only have it as a throwaway line, or it could be the focus of the story. Gen preferred, admittedly.
