Hi, me again!  I was wondering if there are any fics out there where Dean is cursed with a mind reading ability and he discovers something interesting about Sam when he does.  Maybe that Sam is more intelligent than he let on, maybe that Sam blames himself for everyone's deaths, maybe that Sam was hiding a bad experience from him (maybe John abused him, maybe he was badly injured at some point, maybe he is often in pain, whatever there is!), or whatever.  Is there anything like that?

Please no death fics and gen is definitely preferred!
