Hello again!

I was perusing Tumblr when I found a post that made me think of a nice fanfic and I wasn't sure if it existed yet.

So, I was wondering if there are any fics in which Castiel has always been different from other angels (or perhaps even one of the last few still holding on to old ways of thinking/beliefs that everyone else forgot and became corrupted over). Canon-based preferably, as I'd like it if the boys somehow found out about this (either by another angel, perhaps maybe Bal, or some other means) and by learning about it they both (but especially Dean) gain some kind of new respect for Cas.

And while gen is ok if that's all there is (the main idea is just an outcast!Castiel), I'd like it if somehow it ended up where Dean has to comfort Cas about it (like maybe somewhere in Season 5 he got a little depressed because his difference in opinions, beliefs and practices made his brothers and sisters shun him from the family).

I know that sounds specific but it's not meant to be, XDD. I just basically want a canon-based (or a canon-based AU) fic where Cas is an outcast no matter how loyal he is to God/Destiny with some Destiel sprinkled in there.

Please tell me something like that exists! ;A;

I'm also wondering if there are any fics (gen or Destiel) in which Dean discovers he is bi. Cuz I believe he is and was curious if anyone has ever written him discovering (or otherwise) that. I've seen a lot of fics have the "Am I gay?" question when it comes to Destiel, but none that really have him as just.....bi, XD.
