I'm looking for a specific fic.

Jared works as a waiter,and one day Jensen comes in,starting to be there every day,always sitting outside. After some talking to Chad, Jared talks to Jensen. I don't remember what they talked about,but they started to talk regularly.

I remember Jared talking to his mother on the phone later,about Jensen(i think) and why he isn't living at home anymore(something about him and his dad having a fallout) and some guys Jared remembered who knew his dad or something.Some days later Jensen sort of says goodbye to Jared and kisses him.Then there is a shootout that Jensen starts, after Jared takes Jensen with him in his car and drives to his parents place.Turns out his father is a mob boss or something and Jensen was revenging his family?

That's about the best summary I can come up with....anyone recognize any of this?
