I remember reading the Lupus series by Kiraynn. If you check out her LJ, you'll find it. Dean is a werewolf hunter and falls for Sam. The guys are not related. Hotness ensues!

I mean Dean is both a werewolf and a hunter in that verse and Sam wants to hunt him down because Dean has killed people.
