We need a Samifer tag, also a demon!dean or Sam tag. I didn't find it.

Demons and a fallen angel bring Dean back from the Pit, and he comes back as a demon. The author says it has "demon!Dean and possibly anti-Christ!Sam," so maybe this will be what you're looking for.
