It sounds like the one where Jensen runs a Christmas shop and jared has some form of mental impairment. His parents are vile to him I think Jared's brother jeff is in the fic too ( he's a good guy) it ends with Jensen having built santas village for jared because he wanted to visit Santa. Does that sound familiar? The only thing is I can't remember a snow globe so maybe it's not the one.
