Sam with cancer  
Hey guys, I am looking for a story in which Sam has cancer. All I remember is that Sam has to believe John D and Dean he was a Stanford but in truth he was treated for cancer.  A few years the cancer came back and he refuses to be treated. But Dean make him change his mind
