I can't recommend anything specific as I avoid half of this pairing like the plague, but I do know that team_free_love has quite a few fics with this pairing. They probably have something like what you're looking for.

Huh, okay, maybe more than half. The Gabriel/Sam bit was what had caught my eye, but you're right, there's Wincest in there too.
No problem, I'm always glad to be able to point people towards fic they like and I do use that site for any mix of the Dean, Castiel and Gabriel variety.
