You know what is really annoying? I have basically the perfect story for you. The only problem is that it isn't finished. And I'm the one writing it... Have you ever read Kikkimax's "Defect" (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/3849310/1/Defect) and its sequel "Hell and Back" (http://www.fanfiction.net/s/4439954/1/Hell_and_Back)? It's an SPN/Criminal Minds crossover that has a lot of FBI!pov.

And this isn't really what you asked for, but Spoons1899's "Late Night Special" (http://spoons1899.livejournal.com/127977.html) is a kind of awesome pre-series outsider!POV fic. This features wee!chesters.
