I'm looking for stories where there is some kind of a misunderstanding that causes the boys' friendship/relationship to end, but they find out about the truth eventually and guilt ensues. Anything from infidelity to acting like a jerk is fine, but whatever it is, it shouldn't be actually true. I'm a Jensen-girl through and through, so I'd prefer Jensen to be the one blamed for something he hasn't actually done, and I'd also appreciate a warning if there's any bottom!Jared.

There's one specific fic that's a good example of what I'm searching for, and naturally I've somehow lost it. The story took place after Supernatural. Jensen had disappeared from the Hollywood scene and joined some kind of a special effects company. Someone (I think it was Sera Gamble) had told everybody that Jensen was using drugs and nobody from the cast was talking to him, but, in fact, Jensen had hurt his back while shooting a movie and couldn't act anymore. Jared finds out and proceeds to fix things between them.
