I am looking for a story I read a long time ago on ff.net, in it Sam found out he had a degenerative condition like Friedreich's ataxia, where he slowly lost control of his limbs and had to use a walking stick. I think he also had trouble with his speech and vision due to the disease. I remember he was  not staying with Dean and John for some reason, but staying somewhere with a girl? and Dean came to visit him. It was a really long story and possibly had a sequel.

Can anybody help???
