1. Dean comes back from hell and Sam and Victor Henrickson are together. Sam and Dean were together before and Dean feels a little left out I think, He ends out having sex with Victor while Sam is out but Sam and Henrickson planned it to get Dean into the relationship so Sam walks in while Dean is on Victor.
