I remember seeing a video - must have been about two years ago, maybe? - featuring Sam's hands. In fact, I think it was called 'Hands'. I don't remember the song used. The whole vid was just shots of Sam using his hands: picking locks, handling a gun, greeting someone, etc. I don't think it had any content past season 4.

Hope someone can tell me where I can find this - I had it saved on my computer at one time but lost it in a hard-drive crash.
