First time posting so sorry if I do it wrong! 

This is a request for a specific fic. Cas was a high class prostitute and Dean was married to Lisa. Lisa had been visiting Cas and sleeping with him and then Dean found out and went to confront him ... But ended up sleeping with him instead. 

Various things happened and I swear Lisa ended up pregnant with Cas's child and Cas and Dean continued seeing each other.
