I would recommend one author off the bat: K Hanna Korossy (http://www.fanfiction.net/u/946711/K_Hanna_Korossy) she mainly writes episode tags/codas but she does write case!fics from time to time and I always say her stories are beautifully in character, probably the best in characterization I've seen from a writer
