I was like you and used to be opposed to Sam/Dean pairing and I second Last Post of All That Is. It is a great fic! And was my gateway into the pairing.
I would also reccomend The Truth In the Lie. it's a pretend couple fic. Very in character and well written. http://flawedamythyst.livejournal.com/291869.html
