I'm looking for The Journey's End series by laniew1.  The links I have seem to be broken and I was hoping that someone could either send me a copy of the fics or tell where there's a working link to them.

They're a SPN/SG1/SGA crossover.  Where John's actions make Dean believe that John thinks he has only one son and that son is Sam. So he runs away and joins the military (Air Force) I think. And ends up going to Atlantis. Sam becomes a lawyer and goes to Alantis to bring him home revealing that after he dissapeared John quit hunting and found a permant hoping that Dean was alive and would return home someday.
