I know this isn't exactly what you're after and you're looking more for slash stories but you might enjoy reading The Rules We Break series by Faith Winchester. She has several great stories at Twisting the Hellmouth (www.tthfanfic.org). This one is Buffy the Vampire Slayer/Supernatural/Prision Break, with two m/f/m triads; Faith with Sam and Dean, and Dawn with Lincoln and Michael. Andrew accidentally sends Dawn through a portal to the PB universe where she drops right in the middle of Lincoln's group right after the breakout. Once they figure out how to redo the spell, Faith and her lovers go through the portal after Dawn to bring her back home.
