Hi! I am currently re-re-re reading Kazamigorical's The Things that Change Us. It is an AU set after Swan Song. Dean has been living with Lisa and Ben and one day, he and Bobby discover that Sam has returned from Hell. Sam is suffering from PTSD. He is afraid to venture out in public, he forgets to eat, shave, clean, etc. Of course, Dean is super protective over Sammy. I enjoy reading this fic so much. I'd love to know if anyone knows of any similar postHell fics where Sam has PTSD like symptoms or is barely functional in society.
