RPF Doctor AU J2? *Found*  
I really need a good laugh today and I'm looking for a fic that I read ages ago and can't remember much of so I'm sorry for the total vagueness. I think Jensen was a doctor and Misha was a nurse/doctor and Misha at one point ran around with a fire axe yelling "HERE'S JOHNNY". I pretty sure it was Jared/Jensen but I can remember how Jared was involved. Again sorry that it's not much to go on.

I'm 99 % sure that the fic you are looking for is second chances by magser. I know the author took this fic down. I do have a copy I could let you have if the author says its ok.
