You've gotta read Unexpected Destinie (http://otp-destiel.livejournal.com/571.html)s by otp-destielotp_destiel! It's epically long and epically good. It's a WIP, but the author updates frequently, and it's up to 156 chapters so far!

I was going to suggest this one too. I'm pretty much in love with Unexpected Destinies to the point I fan girl squee when it gets updated.
