I'm looking for a fic in which Jensen is either an engineer or an architect who is trying to build a condo/apartment thingy and Jared is part of some food co op/community garden that will be shut down if Jensen gets the community board members to vote for his building. As an agreement Jensen works with Jared in the garden for sometime and they end up together. In it Jared is a chef I believe and ends up in cooking school in either the epilogue or sequel. Please Help!!!
