I went through my computer and found a couple more fics that are almost what you requested.
There's How White My Shirts Can Be (http://bewaretheides15.livejournal.com/86169.html) which is Jensen/Misha/Jared. (Jared's not exactly a good guy in this fic.)
Summary - "It went well?" Jared asks casually as he pours himself up a drink, that bored drawl that makes Jensen kind of want to put a hole through the wall. Jared may not be as dumb as he lets on, but he's every bit the aloof little shit he comes across as. It’s about fucking time somebody took him down a peg.

You could also check out fleshflutter's Rule 26 fic. It's J2 and probably going to be a WIP forever but it's really good. Also scifi! :D

There is also a wip on spn_kinkmeme where Jared is the serial killer and Jensen is a cop assigned to it and Jared sees him at the scene and then starts sending him "gifts" at work and home. Jared follows him to a pool hall and they have a night together. I'm not sure if it will be completed or not.
