I am not sure if such a fic actually exists, or if it was just a bunny or prompt I read somewhere. But I vaguely remember a retelling of the pilot wherein Sam(antha) is a girl and Jess(e) is a boy, and after Jess' death Sam discovers she's pregnant? I don't recall anything after that - if the story continues after the birth, or how Dean reacts, or anything. Just that little bit.
