I'm looking for a pirate au fic in which one of the boys is a naval commander of some sort, and is captured by the other J, who is a pirate.  Eventually, of course, they come to love and understand each other and other schmoop....and then the navy ship commanded by the first J shows up, and the second J has to submit to the first in order for the ship and crew to survive. 

I seem to recall this fic being on Livejournal, with a yellow background.  I know that's not much of a help, but I can't find this fic anywhere.  It's not "The Sea With its Deepness", though I know that certain plot points are similar.  I'm fairly certain it's J2, but I suppose it could feasibly be Sam/Dean.
