Poor little Sammy waltzes in on Dean and Cas gettin' it on, or finds out in some terrible, oh-god-why sort of way that they are having...relations.
Just a couple general ideas there, but I'm very open.
Basically,
Sam + destiel = awkward

Anything that fits that formula is golden.
It doesn't even need to be a huge part of the story; if it's just a little smidgen at the end, that's totally cool too. Like I said, I'm open.
