I'm looking for a fic I read early in the year. It was about Dean and Castiel going on their first ever date. I think Cas might have been operating on a dating column to get into Dean's pants, but what I definitely remember is that, at one point, they go to a lake, and find a sea monster, then Gabriel shows up and says the sea monster is his. I think Michael came down too, to see if Dean was worthy of dating Cas.

On another note, I'd love any fics, especially AUs, where Gabriel is a protective big brother to Cas. Even if it's just one scene of him giving Dean the usual 'If-you-hurt-him' speech about Cas, that'd be great.

I'd also like fics where Dean and Gabriel have a good friendship going on, again, preferably AU, but I just want them with an epic platonic bromance.
