So I'm looking for fics where Sam is sick, hurt, or really upset and Dean has to take care of him. No real Wincest/nonWincest preferance. Either is fine, so are AU stories. Here is the tricky part: I just started watching the show so I'm only on Season 2. To avoid any spoilers, it would be awesome if the stories take place before season 3.
