Jensen and Jared Abused by Agent/Manager  
I know there are a couple of stories with this theme.

What I know: In one Jensen is at a house party and runs into the guy who 'discovered' him. JDM and Christian Kane (I think Dave Boreanaz might be involved somehow, as a good guy) know this guy is bad news; they get him to admit he drugged and assaulted Jensen.

In another I think Jared's dad convinced him to go with a particular agent/manager (with the knowledge that he wasn't a good guy). The agent basically gets Jared shit jobs and expects sexual favors in return. He's convinced Jared that he's not a good actor.

I'm not sure about pairings (except for non-con Jensen/OMC). I think they might both end up Jensen/Jared
If you good people know of any other fic along similar lines I'd love to read them, too.

Aaaaaaah I totally know about the 1st one, but I don't remember the name, let me see if I can find it.
Jensen is homeless right? and he has amnesia and he lives in a place with snow and he wrote an autobiography that Jared read in the airport before arrives the city Jensen lives

Oooh. I just read this story - The Missing Piece by aelia1980 (http://aelias-fics.livejournal.com/36867.html) - it was in this year's SPN/J2 Big Bang. Here's the author's summary:

Jared’s life is good; his family might call him "loser" but he has everything he dreams of: more money than he can spend, cool friends to hang out with, and chicks to bang whenever he wants to. It could go on like this, but then Jared’s life takes an unexpected turn when his grandma leaves him her old, long abandoned apple farm in Vermont. Because the inheritance is made with the proviso that only Jared can rebuild the farm, he fulfills his grandmother’s wish and moves to the tiny town of River’s End, where everyone but Sam, the owner of the local inn, holds a grudge against Jared’s family. On the night Jared arrives, a homeless man collapses in front of the inn. John, the town vagrant, can’t remember anything of his life prior to when he woke up in a field, only clad with a cloak, and a single, torn and stained page of a mysterious book in its pocket. Even though Jared is repulsed by John’s state and doesn’t want to have anything to do with the tramp, he helps Sam to take care of him. Soon enough, Jared learns that there is a sad, mysterious story and a kind heart beneath all those layers of dirt. Jared and John become friends, and help each other to see the best in themselves. No that isn't it. The story I'm looking for (#1) is definitely set in Hollywood, and both Jared and Jensen are actors. And I know for sure that JDM gets the agent/manager on tape saying that he drugged Jensen and raped him. This story is also a few years old (probably written in '08 or '09).

That's not quite right for the first story I'm looking for. The one I'm looking for takes place in Hollywood; and both Jensen and Jared are actors.
